Dear Coaches,

Mr Ken Bearman, the Chairman of the Coaching Committee at FITA will be conducting the FITA supported Coaching Level 2 Course in Singapore
from Sat 26 Nov to Thu 1 Dec from 9am to 5pm each day.

Registration is now open for coaches to register for the course. However, the fees and the venue have yet to be confirmed, pending approval from
Olympic Solidarity for the funding for the course.  We would still like coaches to register so as to have an indication of the class size.
The maximum class size is 25 participants. Please register early. Below are the prerequisites for registration:

Registrants must:

1.    Possess the FITA Level 1 coaching certificate or the NCAP Level 2 technical certificate to register for the course; NCAP Level 1 coaches CANNOT apply for this course.

2.    Be Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents;

3.    Possess your own bow (Recurve or Compound) as there will be a module on bow tuning.

Please use the attached registration form for registering for the course. Registration will be confirmed once the course fee is paid. Registration is on a first come first serve basis.

 Addendum to FITA Coaching Level 2 Course

1.    COURSE MODULES
- The following will be the modules to be covered in the forthcoming FITA Coaching Level 2 Course:
- Equipment modules:
  Compound – Equipment set-up, tuning and shooting form
  Recurve – Equipment tuning
  Recurve – Shooting form          
- Generic modules:
  Archery Anatomy, Warm-up and Physical Conditioning
  Psychology
  Training Plan
  Physiological Basis of Archery
  Coaching Ethics

2.    COURSE FEES
- The Course Fee is SGD$300 per participant.
